Treatment Process - Book now!

 Whether you are new to the realm of aesthetics or a seasoned veteran, our commitment is to ensure that you are well-informed, secure, and content throughout the entire treatment process, from initiation to completion. Our goal is to make every interaction with us feel familiar and personal. To achieve this, we have established a comprehensive and reassuring treatment and consultation process.

Whether you book through the website, call us, reach out to us on social media or use our webform - get in touch.  We will respond promptly to coordinate a video consultation. 

Conducted by Sian or James, the video consultation aims to discuss your treatment plan, desired outcome, budget considerations, and address any enquiries you may have.  We will book you a treatment date at the end of the call. 

A brief "cooling off period" of 24-48 hours will be provided to allow you time to decide on whether treatment is right for you, and to formulate any additional questions.

If you decide to proceed, and if required, you will be booked for your 'prescription and consent consultation'.

If you decide not to proceed, we ask kindly that you notify us. 

Note:  A non-refundable £30 consultation fee is applicable, deducted from the final treatment balance. 

A face-to-face meeting with James where a comprehensive medical history, medication record, allergies, and relevant details will be gathered. Please ensure you have an updated list of medications and pertinent health information. You will sign a consent form, complete health questionnaires, and grant permission for the use of before and after photos. 

Treatment day scheduling can be done during this consultation or by contacting Sian via email or phone. 

You have up to 6 months from the prescription issuance date to book your treatment.

Note:  In adherence to professional standards and industry regulations, prescription only medicines can only be issued after a face to face consultation.

Conducted by Sian or James, this session involves a review of the treatment plan, capturing before photos, skin cleansing, and the injection procedure. 

Your skin will be marked temporarily, followed by cleansing, post-treatment photos, and post-treatment care advice.

Payment for the remaining treatment cost, minus the £30 deposit, is due before treatment performed. 

 Conducted by Sian or James, this review allows the clinician to assess results, review their work, capture final after photos, and administer any necessary top-up doses. This service is provided at no additional cost.

A two-week waiting period is essential to allow for the resolution of any redness or swelling and for treatments to achieve optimal effectiveness.
